Suggestion: Revert change in skill time displays to previous versions that showed the time for the next untrained level instead of the next level

Notes: In a recent change, the skill window began displaying the time it would take to complete the next level of the skill, no matter the fact that you had multiple levels of the skill in the queue. This leads to the skill window displaying a training time for the second level of the skill when you have higher levels of the skill in the skill queue. This change makes it more confusing to determine the length of the skill that would be added to the queue, because only the time for the smaller level of the queue is displayed. This makes it so that the skill has to be actually added to the queue to determine the amount of time that training that level would take, instead of just looking at the skill window to easily see the amount of time that the next level of the skill would take. The changes made to the display time for the skills make it really inconvenient to figure out the training time for higher level skills if the first level of the skill is already in the skill queue. Please revert this display to the previous version so skill times can easily be seen.
