Suggestion: The ability to direct buy orders to a specific container: Keywords: Market, Filtering, Orders Note: I would like the ability to direct buy order items to a specific container in my hanger. This would be very handy if I use buy orders a lot to fullfill my industry needs and I want to collect all the items for a various projects/builds into their individial folders.
For example, lets say I was making a number of Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer IIs and Capacitor Control Circuit IIs. Both need Logic Circuits as part of that build. I could set up two buy orders, one directing a amount of Logic Circuits to container A, and another buy order to send the items to container B.
I appreciate that only one order can be at the top of the list at any one time and that is fine, it would allow me to direct the specific amounts i need for that particular build. as one buy order is fulfilled the other takes over and i have the amounts i need in each container.
Also allow this to happen in Corpration Deliveries Hanger too
Suggestion: Allow us to drag/copy-paste a link to all our contracts either as a corp or an individual Keywords: Contracts, Market Note: Currently if i create a contract, be it a single item or multiple items, i can drag that contract to a chat window so that others can see the contents of that contract.
Can we please expand that functionality by being able to drag a link (maybe near the issuer section on contract search) that takes people to ALL the contracts listed by an individual or a corporation. Essentally as if someone had gome into contract search and entered those details under issuer themselves.
This would allow people that sell via contracts to promote more than just the one contract per link that you currently can do.
to expand upon this, @Senda_Yotsala you can change in the settings for the capacitor, when you start hearing warning signs for like low shields etc… you can set those wherever you want
Suggestion: Ability while ship fitting to partially fit ships
Keywords: Fit, Fitting, UI, Partial Fitting
Note: Partial fitting would be extremely useful because of the current need for all modules to fit a ship.
As someone who likes to have things organized because there’s no partial fitting it would be next to impossible for me to have things neat and organized in crates in the item hangar based on any filtering system, the only option currently requires all the modules for a fit to be owned and present in the specific location. filtering what I own for modules just to make a simple fit is a pain. Thank you so much for your time reading this!
Suggestion: Ability while ship fitting to have a toggleable auto buy missing modules option
Keywords: Fit, Fitting, Buy, Market, UI
Note: A checkbox will be easier to see and help players with getting a ship they want fitted without convoluted steps
The current system for buying missing components in the fit ship screen is very hidden in my opinion and a checkbox would be nice to have at the bottom and to have it set up like multibuy with the confirmation of pricing of the missing modules would be nice to have as well. Thank you so much for your time reading this!
Note: having the ability to create shared hanger lists that would allow us to create a shared hanger in stations and structures between those on the list would be a great QoL addition. id really like to have a shared hanger between my alts so that they can easily share items and ships. or perhaps groups of players within a corp would like shared hangers when working on pi together or other manufacturing, we can just dump the items in there and the other characters could accesses them in their own time, no need to make contracts or open trade windows. handy for groups that work together but some players are on at different times.
Suggestion: Support Jump Bridge Waypoints in the Radial Menu
Keywords: ui, radial menu, jump gates, sov, navigation
Note: When using the waypoint system, a user can use the radial menu to “jump” into the next system in route. If this button is pressed a user will either:
Jump the gate (<2.5km)
Approach the gate (<150km); then jump
Warp to the gate; then jump
However this method doesn’t work for jump gates as the ‘jump’ button is replaced with ‘Set Destination’ - if jump bridges are valid for the waypoint routing system (thanks for this BTW), then the radial menu should treat them as they would any other stargate in a route.
CCP created the ACL system for Citadel and subsequently missed several opportunities to utilize it.
I also want shareable hangers, as having a corporation isn’t always viable. They should also replace the current chat channel member/admin/owner/blocked lists with ACLs, because:
Some groups (mostly alliances) have multiple channels and being able to have a single source of truth for the various access lists would be a huge QoL change
The current system gets very laggy if you have large lists. I’ve had public channels in the past that could take three or four minutes to open
It would be awesome to have an ACL that could conceivably manage hanger, chat, and structure roles within a group.
that is exactly what I was doing until recently when i joined a new corp, not sure if you have realized that i have been playing the game for over 14 years or not, in my situation I’m in a corp that i no longer have control or accesses to corp hangers, this is meant to be so that groups of players with in a corp who don’t have corp hanger access can create a shared hanger or so that members of multiple corps could have a shared hanger or so that my alts could have a shared hanger while in a corp that they don’t have a corp hanger. also I’m curious do you always think in such one dimensional ways?
Suggestion: Move “Leave Corp” away from “Quit Fleet” Options
Keywords: UI, corp, fleet
Note: Useful to avoid accidentally quitting corp or kicking someone from corp when you’re only trying to break up a fleet.
I’ve lost count of the times I’ve almost quit my corp just trying to quit a fleet, because the options are very close together. Both options will ask to confirm, so if you’re not careful, it’s very easy to accidentally leave your corp. Tonight, one of my corp leaders was leading a fleet and accidentally kicked a corpmate when he was just trying to get the guy out of his fleet so he could join a different fleet in a tense situation. In my experience, support for moving these options further apart is almost unanimous.
Suggestion: Ability to quickly inverse item filters
Keywords: ui, inventory, item filters
Note: Reduces time spent setting up filters and declutters filter list
Currently if you have a filter to only show certain things, in order to hide those things instead you would have to go in and create a separate filter, instead you should have a 1-click solution (right click the checkbox?) that inverses the is/is not so you can use one filter for both.
