The CSM has discussed this with CCP every year going back to CSM 6 _at least_.

And none of them have said ‘CCP didn’t talk to us about this’, which is NDA-speak for ‘CCP talked to us about this’.

I understand that point, but my counterpoint was that after the guy buying the PLEX and putting it on the market has sold his batch, and it has taken longer than it has before and/or he has gotten a lower price for it (because demand is lower because of this change), chances are he will not buy again. At the very least it will take longer before he buys again. So CCP will have lower PLEX sales in the end.

This sounds like a good move only if you can force the need to travel.

Jumpgate needs to mailfunction so normal gate travel is needed, to black out local and have a jump system that shortcuts huge chunks of space is counter productive. We must have more travel of players going through systems.

Stop super cap projection to allow escelations of fights, so nerf jumping for the biggest toys or restrict the movement somehow and force normal gate travel with all risk involved.
To avoid the squading under a huge super umbrella and give the new alliance a fighting chance.

Hardcap sov to a region or 2 to allow more players to step into nul.

How do you know its only 2 ships? They are cloaked and from what this thread looks like we can assume there is going to be a resurgence of hunters

Depends. He may buy more, sooner, because he needs to sell more of them to get his ISK.

CCP’s got a _lot_ of data on PLEX price in-game vs PLEX purchase volume IRL. They’ve said they want the price to come down. That doesn’t tell me ‘PLEX prices dropping is bad for CCP’s bottom line’.

Free as in they don’t have to work for it. Map data provides them all the information as to where to go.

I wonder just how active Null will be during this period.

To me Local does indeed give the “defender” the advantage as they have seconds, if not minutes to pack up their stuff and head for a safe/station. but obviously it doesn’t work all the time as we still see players getting killed that are not in “pvp” ships by others who are in “pvp” ships.

But since CCP like dramatic change. I would like to see Concord not be active for, lets say, 1 day. I wonder how much Backlash and “I’m quitting Eve” posts would result?

Enough to crash the Forums?

Who knows.

“we lost 500 subscriptions”
“That is not data that is just absense of data”

Are you implying people should just pay their subs and not log in to show CCP they don’t approve of the changes? Because CCP would love people to pay their subs and not log in.

Predictions for future changes, to continue balancing nullsec.

Temporary local with few sec delay depending on cost of Structure (without reinforce timer).
Temorary structure that decloaks anything in a few AU radius. (some anom’s will be in range others not.)
Cyno’s have a small delay before use coupled with consumable mass like wormholes.
Resource Scarcity.

Although people are pretty un-creative they could just throw a few D-scan inhibitors up while ratting in a few locations and no one would catch anything 😛

Why would people be fracturing the moons if they aren’t going to mine then? We can stop the fracture and destroy the asteroid and no one can mine it then.

I would love to see this. It doesn’t make sense a single cyno can cyno in unlimited supers. Mass limit would simply mean that more cynos need to be lit, which would really do nothing more than add just a bit of complexity to the drop.

More complexity = more chance of screwing up = the better players get the advantage

If it’s a structure being actively used and maintained, why should you get to kill it without a timer? The purpose of timers is to allow the defender to, you know, _defend_ it. ‘We want no local so we can get fights but omg don’t put a timer in, someone might fight back’?

They could always make timers right now IF what they wanted is a fight.

What they want is 100% safe ganking. Fight is what they actively avoided by unsubbing and not making timers.

How many ships can use a lighthouse? How many radios can receive a broadcast? A cyno is a _beacon_. It is a thing the ship’s jump drive is locking onto, and then the jump drive uses fuel. Each jump drive uses its own fuel.

But skill injectors, citadels and most important 100% safe ratting and mining are relatively new. It’s just sad that it took CCP that long to realize that this nullsec bs can’t go on forever.
