why did this happen what is the blackout for? is it part of the game or is there an actual blackout so many questions CCP ---

I am perfectly fine with local as long as it is not getting abused (bots and automated warning tools). If there is any other solution to the problem (captcha or whatever) I am totally ok if local comes back. ---

Fakt ist durch das Local SCHWACHSINN werden, hunderte auswandern oder Offline gehen. Gerade die, die im Kriegsgebiet leben. Das lows. könnte da durch wieder Belebt werden. Ich gebe da beizubedenken; Das low und oder HIgh nicht die gleichen Gewinnmöglichkeiten haben wie das 00. Und sollte der Schwachsinn länger anhalten, werden auch die Gewinne im high, low einbrechen! Spieler die mehrere Accounts haben können mit 2 3 std. Spielzeit oder weniger, nicht mehr plexen. Zumindest in gebieten, wo die Cynos nur so leuchten. Das wird auch alle Mining chars Treffen, ohne RQ und ohne einem Rettungsschirm. Das Anfänger Mining, bis hin zur hulk wird kurz überlang aussterben. (bis auf die Procurer) Ohne Billige erze werden die Schiffe teurer! SRP Kassen gerade bei den kleine, werden aufgebraucht und nicht mehr aufgefüllt! Und nach einiger zeit werden dann auch die Procruer und VNY gekillt, weil einfach nichts mehr da ist. JETZT kommt der Witz an der Sache: 20 jump weiter heulen die super Allianzen, das bei ihnen nichts los ist und das EVE stirbt … wie immer. EVE online for ever spare ich mir jetzt -.- ---

Teurere Erze bedeuted mehr Bereitschaft ein RIsiko einzugehen um nach ihnen zu graben. Das gleiche wie in WHs mit t3c…die werden ja auch weiterhin gebaut und verkauft. ---
