That increases the time duration of cerebral boosters…doubles how long they last. Fast Talk to at least level IV. This increases the security status reward you get for zapping NPCs. Many noobs probably spend months getting way less sec status update than they could have got if they’d just trained this skill earlier. ---

Re:; _Final transmission 07_ Frostpacker had appointed myself to negotiate final terms of departing New Order sovereign space and requests confirmation that all fines and fees _were_ paid up in full. Look we’re going to be needing that in writting before payments are made as from past experience you might write something that could hinder our exiting new order sovereign space. NO you’re ungrateful to my state of mind! You never truly have any skill advice on that, you ignore when I am trying to be friends and just focus on getting what you want. The skills you want out of this Pilot is more than anyone you had ever been in contact with ever! I submitted to you for knowledge about how to become a Ganker in New Eden. When I lash out it was due to how your response to a simple request yet you try to say that I fail to follow instructions! Don’t be so defensive with me as my skill set is just what you had only taught this pilot! ---
