Either way ther have to be rules and any breaking of these must be met with severe consequencies otherwise the game will eventually die because the fun will die and no one will want to play this game anymore. Criminal behaviour like murder, theft and such are not ‘real life criminal actions’ when committed in a game. Especially a game that is designed to allow such actions. Ganking has been around since eve’s inception. Hisec has never been a safe place.
