A Retribution can already do T2 with ease. And cheap. Fits are available on the Abysstracker website.

Beams, MWD, knowing which range to keep against which enemies and avoiding Speedclouds.

AB fits will get you killed against 4 Kikimora spawns all the time, because you simply can’t tank that damage, unless you want to use dual deadspace reppers, booster drugs and implants, which makes the whole setup unbelievable expensive for a frig.
