# Mining burst question

If I use a mining burst to decrease cycle time of my mining lasers, do I need to reapply it as soon as the icon above my capacitor is gone, or only before beginning of cycles? In other words, are my mining lasers slowed down as soon as lost a bonus from command burst, or will they keep running at bonused duration until the end of cycle?

The duration is set at the activation of the module.

To add, each charge costs like 500 isk. If you run two bursts that is 1k/min, or 60k/hr.

If you kill one single belt rat, the bounty pays for an entire hour of mining bursts. Just turn it on and leave it on and don’t think too much on it.
