dunno, but a friendly bug hunter helped me out, after suggesting that resetting fleet formations first (which didn’t work and didn’t even function properly) might do the trick as well. As I understand it, the bug came from an old fleet setting that is no longer available and created the problem. He was right. After the reset settings, even the faulty fleet formation window functioned again. Somehow the spaghetti got tangled, lol. ---
