I think he is referring to some of the miners that keep a ganker out logged off in the same system to keep other people off their rocks. This does happen between minors but they are not the real gankers. I’ve had the pleasure of conversations with these major gankers. They’re good players all of them. ---

An hour can go buy with nothing being said at all. Then someone might post a kill log…I often do. I had to ban him from WWIG? due to his own inappropriate conduct, misogyny, and harassment. We don’t tolerate or condone such behaviour. He’s just a textbook gaslighting crybaby, whining about the very same conduct he engages in. If his claims had any merit or truth, CCP would take action, but they do not because the allegations are spurious. As for the blog, all I do is screenshot what other people type. It is not my fault that Highsec miners are so consistently toxic. ---

Again incorrect, You muted this toon and then proceeded to speak about me in third person for a few hours after several the occupants of the chat were called out for making nasty remarks about people with autism. “Inappropriate conduct” was calling your chums out for this. WWIG and your website and the conduct you practice on both are having a negative effect on players wanting to stay playing. Both the chat and the website should be investigated. ---

Of course, I can provide screenshots and logs which depict his behavior, littered with sexual profanities, including multiple attempts to portray me as a prostitute. It is, quite literally, the very definition of sexual harassment. I will not post the images here because they are not appropriate, but anyone who wishes to see some examples is free to contact me as I have documented everything (and he has been reported to CCP). Regardless, his ban from the Why Was I Ganked? channel is permanent and applies to all of his accounts. ---

I hypothesize that getting ganked may actually improve player retention, as they died to another player, a member of the same universe and community they are a part of. I think it would be best for the game to be both challenging and feel alive. I imagine many people quit the game because they get stuck doing missions with little to no true direction, and lack of community access. Atleast you have something to talk about if you get ganked, and many people who participate in pvp are not as heartless as you may think, often times giving isk and loose direction to the true noobs of the game. EVE (Everyone vs Everyone) has always been a cutthroat game, and in the past 10 years Ive played this game, its gotten progressively safer. If you fail to defend yourself in high security space now-a-days, it is most likely a skill issue. If you cant stand other players meddling in your affairs in an MMO, perhaps its best to try a singleplayer game. ---

I’m a classic example of this. As a new player, I was bored out of my mind, thinking about quitting the game, and regretting the time I had wasted. I had searched for PvP and could not find it.
