No, I don’t do that because of structures. To have too many ships in a place that is not safe means even more frustration once the eventual demise strikes. That is why I keep my stock lean.

That would equate to stop playing EVE as helping others of your friendly group is something EVE revolves around.

Considering the repeated mentions of how disheartened people are about their recently lost ship after they had to invest so much time into getting it (financially, though harvesting materials to build it or sell them to earn the ISK, by running missions to earn the ISK for days or weeks), they know the exact same frustration that I described. Get down from your high horse and read something else than just your bubble.

If my tedium is subjective, so is your purported love for ships that makes people afraid to lose them. The difference between your love argument and my tedium and frustration argument is that your argument holds no water. You can just store your beloved ship in a hangar and buy another clone of it. What you cannot just do away with with a glas case to marvel at is the frustration and tedium to recover from a loss.

Speaking of mining: Does the Ore Mined chart take NPC mined ores into the calculations as well or is that ore excluded? Would be interesting to see how much these Diamond NPC actually mine.
