Thanks for tackling the technical debt, putting players at the center of things, and lifting player spirits when they were skeptical about the future. You took us from the old EVE to the new - free-to-exist subscription model, skill injectors. The world didn’t collapse! Thanks for all that and much more. The best to you and your family. ---

Wish you well! Your Ideas brought Eve Online to the best place it has ever been. Congrats on Free to Play strategy, more player owned structures, simplifying the user interface, graphic quality upgrades, the ever increasing storyline, new ships, game balance, better quality skins, more frequent updates to the game vs annual. Finally and most importantly, your open and enthusiastic level of communication with the Eve player base is extraordinary and hopefully emulated by your successor. ---

Andie, thank you. When you came into the position, way way back a lot of us were unsure of whether you could do the job. Now we are worried whether anyone else will be able to equal the high standard you have set. You will be missed, at meetups, events, in vids to tell us what is coming up. Your hidden presence and philosophies that made the game develop. I wish you the best of luck in the future and good times with your growing children. Thank you and o7 m ---
