I donā€™t believe it works that way. The only thing I know of that will get that kind of response from CCP is using a charity to scam people. He is the same person without any doubt. As the player was banned of course they would deny it. Even if your theory is true, we donā€™t know why AE is denying it. The first reasonable explanation that comes to mind would be avoiding harassment from people who want to rag on him for something that, A: heā€™s already been punished for, and B: happened in 2016. Another reason could be due to meta-roleplaying each individual character as their own individual.
