Minor issue,
but I noticed that nameplates which appearing after you select an object in space is concealing the object behind itself, thus, making impossible further interaction with the “buried” object.
So, user must move camera around to change the angle or deselect hovering parent object of the nameplate.
I will illustrate - the Daredevil ship cannot be selected if I click on the nameplate, making whole situation quite illogical.
I’d set for ANY of the nameplates the lowest priority possible when user is trying to select objects, so if there is an actual ship is present, it must be selected in the first hand.
Or.
We could complexify it a bit and introduce the “distance” parameter, so, the closer object to the viewer gets higher priority of selection. But, I feel, it will increase the computation load on server and frankly, not really necessary, so we could get away with option ONE.
What do you think?
