Could happen I suppose depending on the GM but I was more thinking after he doesn’t get his refund and quits the game. ---

You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re literally parroting what the media said about that case, but they were wrong. Don’t spread their disinformation. Did you see the photograph of the burns? She was seriously injured and she WON the lawsuit. She had 3rd degree burns on 6% of her body and required multiple surgeries. All she wanted from McDonalds was $11,000 to help with her medical bills and she was met with defamation and derision from the media. Watch any video about it on Youtube or any documentary about it and your opinion will change unless you’re completely heartless. ---

Those cases may have been frivolous. I’m not disputing that. This time was different. They launched a campaign of public ridicule against her when all she wanted was some help with her medical bills, and that’s why she won. It was determined that McDonalds caused damages and they had to pay. There are some great videos about it on youtube. Check em out. In any case… it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of this thread. I don’t think Aceface or Andersen or anyone else that suggests a fit in this game is responsible for what happens to the pilot that takes the suggestion. It’s a game… and what’s rule number one? --Don’t fly what you can’t afford to lose. ---
