# Need Dev help

I listed a char for sale yesterday. Made a mistake with the format, thread is locked until fixed. I think it was fixed and would like to get the thread unlocked. Any communication would be fantastic.

Why would you expect a game developer to handle this matter? Do you ask your hairdresser to give you medicine too?
