# Need new high value low volume transport after the July T3 nerf

Zhilia,

Thanks for the clarification on nullification.

For your hecate build, are Domination Inertial Stabilizers a decent substitute or are the very expensive Shadow Serpentis modules mandatory for a certain align time / server tick situation?

It looks like this would get you the same effect (again, assuming EM-705):

Saves about 110mil, so that’s nice. You do lose a rig slot of course; whatever you were doing with those it isn’t as flexible. But yes, it’s doable.

Do remember to check your skills though. These are using mine. In pyfa you just want to see a number under 1s in align time. Actually seeing 1 isn’t good enough.
