Can somebody tell me if there is some kind of invulnerability timer after landing while using a needlejack filament?

You should receive a [Session Change timer](https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205294121-Session-Change-) / [Location Change Timer](https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Timers#Location_Change_Timer) which provides temporary invulnerability.
