# New Agency doesn’t show existing Escalation after Test-Server downtime

Hi

Faced this problem while been testing different fits and ships. I’ve got an escalation and planned to use downtimes on “Test Server” to “reboot” it. But when i logged in after downtime, the Agency shows me there is an available Escalation, but it can’t load it in the section Escalations. All i see is an animated circling indicator of the data-loading process. And yes, i’m sure i didn’t complete the Escalation coz i intentionally didn’t kill the Faction mob.
