I would try moving SharedCache somewhere outside your eve folder, uninstall both launchers, reinstall new launcher, move SharedCache to new install folder or point new launcher to new SharedCache folder ---

I had yesterday the same issue, initially I was thinking it’s because of the cloudflare service so I’ve installed a Free VPN and works as before. ---
