Living in CalGal FW space, there’s absolutely no shortage of things to shoot at, and plenty of opportunities for making ISK too.
Attitude is always more important than SP, a willingness to undock and just get stuck in will take you far.
No mandatory anythings. We’ve all got busy lives and it’s just a game. When you’re on you’re on. Once you make some effort to be active and don’t disappear for months on end, then it’s cool.
No rules really, other than don’t be a dick to your corpmates. After that, you can kill, rob, pod, scam, loot, or whatever else you want to your heart’s content, no one’s going to care.
You’re going to get into a lot of fights and potentially lose a lot of ships, but once you’re ok with that and you’re willing to learn from your mistakes and you’ve figured out a few good fits and figured out when to fight when not to fight, then you’ll be well on your way to not be horrible at this game.

While this isn’t really a training corp, you will get a lot of kills and pick things up from flying with other people who will show you what’s what.
