# New player PVP

This has some merit. You definitely need to throw yourself in there, but being in a good corp with experienced players helps lots. You’ll need advice on fits, engagement options, mechanics - lots of things. You’ll lose a lot of stuff, but it’ll be fun. I promise.

Oh, and if you feel like trying out wormhole pvp/0,0 roams in small/mid size gangs, then send me a mail and we will try to teach you the ropes. Its much more fun then joining a big 0,0 alliance where you’re just one of many and you only do what your told, without ever getting to learn how to think for your self.
