## **Solar Crucible Syndicate** and **HighStellar Syndicate** are recruiting pilots who want more than just another corporation name under their character.

Whether you installed EVE yesterday or you’ve already got some experience under your belt, we’ve built a place where you can **learn, make ISK, fly with people, and eventually decide how deep into EVE you want to go.**

* * *

### ☀ Solar Crucible Syndicate — High-Sec Home & Training Ground

**Solar Crucible Syndicate [SCS]** is where new and developing pilots can get established without being thrown directly into the deep end.

You’ll have opportunities for:

- ⛏ Mining operations and bonus-ISK projects
- 🚛 Corporation hauling and logistics work
- 🏭 Industry, manufacturing and blueprint projects
- ⚔ PvE fleets and group activities
- 🎓 **TheSyndicates University** training and certifications
- 💰 Ways for newer pilots to actually earn ISK instead of being told to “go run missions”
- 🎙 An active Discord community with people willing to answer questions
- 🧭 A path into null-sec **if and when you want it**

There is **no requirement to leave SCS for null-sec**. If high-sec industry, mining, PvE and corporation life are what you enjoy, you can stay right where you are.

* * *

### 🌌 HighStellar Syndicate — Null-Sec for Pilots Ready for More

For pilots who want to take the next step, **HighStellar Syndicate [HSS]** is our null-sec corporation.

We don’t just throw new players through a gate and yell **“GOOD LUCK.”**

Pilots interested in HighStellar can prepare through **TheSyndicates University** , learning the things that actually matter in null:

- Local and intel discipline
- NBSI survival
- Safe travel and bubble mechanics
- Fleet operations
- Mining and shared resources
- Alliance life
- Null-sec logistics and infrastructure

Once you’re prepared and cleared for the move, you have a progression path from **SCS high-sec life into HSS null-sec operations**.

* * *

## 🎓 We Built Our Own Corporation Management & Training System

We operate our own **Corporation Management System** , including:

**Fleet management • Mining payouts • Logistics • Hauling • Projects • Manufacturing • Blueprint management • Help system • Hall of Fame • TheSyndicates University • Certifications • HighStellar progression**

We’re trying to remove one of the biggest problems new EVE players face:

> **“I have absolutely no idea what I’m supposed to be doing.”**

You shouldn’t need a 40-tab spreadsheet, six YouTube videos and an ancient Reddit post just to participate in your corporation.

## 👨‍🚀 Who Are We Looking For?

**Brand-new pilots are welcome.**

So are:

- Returning players
- Miners
- Industrialists
- Haulers
- PvE pilots
- Explorers
- People interested in learning null-sec
- Experienced pilots who enjoy helping newer players
- People who want to log in, have fun and not treat EVE like a second unpaid job

You don’t need 100 million skill points.

You don’t need to know everything.

You **do** need to be willing to communicate, learn and be part of the group.
