### **United Mining and Hauling Inc. (UMAH)** is entering a new chapter. After years of fighting within the large nullsec blocs, as of March 2026 we have chosen a different path. We are no longer operating under the traditional bloc framework. Instead, we are building toward establishing and holding sovereignty in the Dronelands — working with like-minded groups in the region where it makes sense, while shaping our own long-term direction. This is not a reset. This is a deliberate step forward. We are not trying to be the biggest. We are trying to be the right group. ### **Who We Are** UMAH is a mature, tight-knit nullsec corporation built around teamwork, accountability, and long-term growth. **We believe in:** - Initiative over passivity - Contribution over consumption - Long-term commitment over short-term convenience - A constructive, non-toxic environment We are not renters. We are not bloc tourists. We are not an ISK-printing machine. We are building infrastructure, supply lines, capital capability, and a team that stands together when it matters. If you want your effort to directly shape the future of the group you fly with, you’ll fit in well here. If you’re looking for a place where people know your name and your effort matters, UMAH might be for you. > _ **About Us:** _ 🔸 Established Core The core of our group has been flying together for ~10 years. We’ve grown, fought, moved regions, and evolved, but the foundation has remained stable. New members integrate well because they join something that already works. 🔸 Serious, but Relaxed We take the game seriously enough to prepare, organize, and improve. But we don’t treat it like a second job. No burnout culture. No ego contests. 🔸 Professional, Not Fanatical We plan our logistics. We show up to fleets. We build infrastructure. But we’re not obsessive meta-chasers or rage-pingers at 4AM unless it actually matters. 🔸 Collaborative by Nature We build together. We move together. We defend together. Individual success is good, shared success is better. 🔸 Adult Environment Most of us are 30+. Real life comes first. Always. Communication matters more than raw hours online. 🔸 No Drama Zone Harvesting tears, ePeen, toxic smacktalk, racism/sexism/homophobia — none of it has a place here. > _ **What We Offer:** _ 🔸Organized subcapital and capital fleet operations 🔸Structured logistics backbone 🔸Industrial capability and support 🔸Over 7,000 fully researched BPOs in the Corp Blueprint Library available to Members 🔸Clear sovereignty direction in the Dronelands 🔸Mostly EU timezone (with US/AU presence) 🔸A stable (UMAH will celebrate its 10th anniversary soon), drama-free environment 🔸Ship Replacement Programs and Buy-Back Programs 🔸ESI-authenticated corporation, helping maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone > Growth matters. But alignment matters more #### _ **Recruiters:** _ Ravvzor & Co. #### _ **Diplo / Corp contact:** _ Ravvzor, Darwien Cesaille ## **Want to know more?** zKillboard: [United Mining and Hauling Inc | Corporation | zKillboard](https://zkillboard.com/corporation/98457033/) We lose some, we win some - but we stand together. o7 ## **Want to fly with us?** Join our **Discord** to get started.
