And if so, where do they arrive when warp to the scanned object (e.g. a ship, container)? This may be of vital importance for activities like running lowsec/nullsec missions and should have been extensively discussed, but somehow cannot find any meaningful info… ---

You will always warp into the entrance beacon, regardless of where the scanned object is within a deadspaced complex. It’s why the lachesis has always been the ship of choice for DED hunters. ---
