![EVEMonthlyGoalBug](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/7/3/e/73eb978fd151dc160b66481c26d3c6400b5fc49b.png) So my monthly reward track countdown suddenly jumped from 11 hours to next month a half-hour later, robbing me of the 225k SP bonus. As a (new + Omega) player, I rely on those SP boosts to not only catch up to veteran players but also to even use the more powerful equipment/ships I signed up for Omega in the first place! I submitted a support ticket, but it’s been three days with no response, probably because the GMs were too busy with their “GM Week”. ---

There are only 12 days of dailies to get the 225k SP. If you waited until the last possible moment to do your dailies, that is no-one else but yourself who “robbed you” of them. ---

Maybe they’re trying to get the monthly timer back on track since the Daily Goals was reset on September 30… As somebody else mentioned, it only takes 12 days to complete it for the extra SP reward so it’s best to get that done asap… After completing the 12 stages, the Daily Goals will still give 10,000 SP’s, Evermarks and ISK reward each day for the rest of the month… Also don’t forget to collect the free weekly Omega gift offer of 15,000 SP’s in the NES, that usually renews on Tuesday… DMC o7 ---

Also it depends when the omega got activated for the tuesday SP in the NES. Should not be on the same day, it needs at least be before the downtime on monday or even on sunday for the SP to be provided on tuesday. So i guess he didn’t get those this week as well. ---

How do you know he just signed up 3 days ago? He stated that he just recently became Omega account and had 11 hours to go before he could complete the last stage of the Daily Goals and collect the full SP reward… Then the Daily Goals reset so he submitted a support ticket 3 days ago, that’s basically when the Daily Goals reset on September 30 instead of on October 1… Also his screenshot shows the Monthly Track expires in a little under 32 days which to me seems strange, like CCP/FC is trying to get the Monthly Timer back on track… Anyway, there is no waiting time for Daily Goal rewards… Meaning it doesn’t matter if an account switches from Alpha status to Omega status the day before the final stage is completed, the Daily Goal will automatically pay out the Omega rewards… As for the free weekly Omega SP gift from the NES, that one definitely has a wait timer on it, meaning if the switch from Alpha to Omega status occurs on Tuesday or later in the week, that character won’t have the NES offer available until the next Tuesday… DMC
