And as for the Turnur incident, well… I do recall saying “we’ve worked out how to cannibalize stars and this will end poorly” last time I was here, but I didn’t expect to be proven right this fast, or this disastrously. I wish I’d been wrong, quite honestly. Also, how hideously typical of the Amarr to claim something is perfectly safe but test it in inhabited Minmatar space. Even still, I found it darkly fascinating. They created a miniature Seylinn Incident, and there were probably particles present for a few microseconds that you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the universe. It rung spacetime like a godsdamned bell, so hard it cracked. I remember a quote from somewhere: _“Behold! The awesome fires of God. The limitless power of pure creation itself. Look carefully. Observe how it is used for the same purpose a man might use an especially sharp rock.”_ ---

There’s a way in which you haven’t proven right, though, at least yet: it’s only in the most optimistic case that this has in any way “ended.” Probably it’s just off to a distressing start. ---
