I’d estimate that to like 99.984%.  
Evidences against her are logged and easily available.  
Public accusation of an officer on duty in something that could be considered a criminal and what that officer was openly standing against? Yep, 99.984% guilty verdict.  
With about 0.015% of her managing to bribe CONCORD to hide the logs.  
And about 0.001% of her managing to fabricate evidences in enough extent to frame me in “reveling in genocide”.

Kim-haani, State Tribunals don’t give a toss what is said between Capsuleers, hence my statement framed as it was. They would not convict, as there is more to be gained from allowing Capsuleers to continue operating unless they are actively disruptive to viable and stable operations within the State.
