Is exactly what I was talking about, and there is absolutely nothing that CCP can do about it. Thanks to unlimited, free, anonymous Alpha accounts, anyone can gank to their hearts content and just keep making more accounts and charactersā€¦ ---

Oh I agree, itā€™s always been that way; people used to do it with trial accounts. ā€œAs soon as that toon hits -10 sec status, biomass it and go to the next toon that is already ready to goā€¦ā€ is what I was addressing, itā€™s the worst thing you can do and entirely unnecessary with alpha accounts. ---

My point was that no matter what you try to change to make high sec ā€œsaferā€, it wonā€™t do any good because free, unlimited Alpha accounts existā€¦ ---

You can use the contract system to sell your products, or negotiate contracts with players directly, exchanging goods and money using the trade window, which is completely free. The market is a convenience feature, that forces you to pay a tax, _ **if** _ you decide to use it. All other taxes are player-driven. So basically itā€™s possible for you to derive benefit from CONCORD protection without paying anything at all. Sounds like quite a good deal to me. Why are you asking for even _more,_ based on some imaginary taxes that on one actually pays? Maybe you can have your magical bounty ISK faucet if you also ask CCP to implement an income tax system on all high-sec PvE earnings. ---

If you want to make isk with PvP, you have to earn it. Antigankers need to get better at the game, or accept low rewards for low skill. CCP isnā€™t going to give you free handouts to subsidize incompetence. ---
