# Paid for omega, listed as alpha for log in rewards

i have 6 accounts that i have paid for omega on and have been getting the appropriate log in rewards until 5/6/2021. when i logged in today it says i must add omega time to receive the omega gifts. i have talked to a GM about this and on their end it shows that i am omega. i have reinstalled and cleared my cache and it still isn’t working. i am at a loss on what to do. does anyone have any ideas?
