Played earlier today up until DT, business as usual. Extended DT ~30mins… I log back in & head to a plex… once there I take a look at my Orthrus as the timer ticks down and notice it looks really grey & realise oh the skin came off from the update? I’ll just reapply easy done… but my skin is no longer there… So I open Paragon hub… maybe it has defaulted to unactivated Skins for some reason? nope… All my Saved skins & Custom skins are gone… and this stuff isn’t cheap… I would expect there is backup & a fix comming soon? but in the meantime can you please address the situation! ---
