# Pin Items in holds and hangars

It would be really great if we could pin things “to the top” in our hangars and cargo holds and not have them moved around by sort orders.

Hmmm. Can’t say I really missed such a feature in the past, despite having a quite large asset collection… But I can imagine some usecases, yes. Probably won’t hurt to have it.

Technically, the solution is readily available. You use the station containers as a “folder”. They are generally on top of the list, depending on your sorting list.
