# Play in Browser producing static sound?

I could not find anywhere else to report this as I know it is BETA. I am using the latest version of chrome, even opening play in browser in incognito mode and no other applications open I get a static sound. Is there a fix for this and something I am missing or is it a bug I need to report for it? If so where?
