Might want to correct this statement, it is not currently 15 mins, it’s 35mins as per previous patch notes, unless you are talking about the future?.. ---

it was from 90 to 35, rewards were unchanged The original fix had little to do with wealth generation, however one of the key areas that everyone supported from the roundtable was that the timer be removed and the wealth generation reduced and/or moved away from raw isk injection ---

Following the discussion here, the ISK generation was seen as way too high and something needed to be done about it. Hence the downtime between the spawns. But most players suggested to just lower the rewards and not limit the content. ---

Swift’s post is a typo, it’s been 35 since that day in question, checked today and it’s still 35 To be specific, the MER being high tipped a dev off that a respawn timer of 90 mins that was planned for the site was never working, they then fixed that and inadvertently made the ecosystem collapse overnight ---

I don’t think anything above 0 is honestly, adding an element of controlability to the sites removes the mad dash that enables loads of content in the region ---

In WH space for example you cannot even know when Sigs will respawn, except for the rare case that you control and farm every hole of that constellation, which will be a pretty rare scenario for everyone but the largest groups. Still you can have great group content there. I think there is too much focus on these Observators Flashpoints right now, probably because there is not much other rewarding content (?). I personaly would randomize the respawn timer but buff other sigs/anos there so that they are still worth it to run them in between or in addition. (I think an EVE that is less calculable with a lot less predictability for such things as respawns, timers and ever repeating designs would be actually offer a lot more fun) ---

WH is an entirely different ecosystem to poch, which unfortunately is almost entirely dependent on flashpoints currently as there is (with the exception of one soloable site which doesnt scale) no other solid income content in the area pretty much everyone in poch supports a 40-50% reduction in payouts (or moving some/all the income from direct isk to redloot, or both) if the obs returns to instant respawn, other sites definitely need a boost to make them viable outside of standings grind locations ---

Well, it turn out that any time above 0 is useless to save Pochven. There is nothing but bot ishtar fleet in Pochven now. It used to be a very good place for middle scale fleet to fight. And you guys just ruin it. ---
