I have not played eve online for some time now and I have about 25bill isk doing nothing. I do however play another MMO game called Albion online. I was wondering what the policy would be in trading my ISK with someone in eve for Albion silver ? I know RMT is not allowed but technically since I’m not selling isk I’m simply giving it away , how would this sit ? ---

It doesnt sound like RMT, however its still a “trade” between a CCP owned game and a non CCP owned game, I wouldnt try it honestly ---

A common phrase seem to apply here; _“If you have to ask, then it’s most likely not allowed”_ [EULA](https://community.eveonline.com/support/policies/eve-eula-en/) policy: > #### 6 B. Selling Items and Objects > > You may not transfer, sell or auction, or buy or accept any offer to transfer, sell or auction (or offer to do any of the foregoing), any content appearing within the Game environment, including without limitation characters, character attributes, items, currency, and objects, other than via a permitted Character Transfer as described in section 3 above. You may not encourage or induce any other person to participate in such a prohibited transaction. You may not use, transfer or assign any game assets for games of chance operated by third parties. The buying, selling or auctioning (or any attempt at doing so) of characters, character attributes, items, currency, or objects, whether through online auctions, newsgroups, postings on message boards or any other means is prohibited by the EULA and a violation of CCP’s proprietary rights in the Game. The short answer: No, you may not. Trading may only be performed within the Game and the EVE official forum sections of [Marketplace](https://forums.eveonline.com/c/marketplace) and only of Characters, Items, Currency and objects that can be obtained through normal means by playing the game.
