the BPO’s still cost the same from NPC  
The NPC cost to make teh parts and turn into an orca is still under 200 million in an NPC station.

When you join a corp in a my alliance, get on voice comms, and our discords…

I have no issue showing someone this knowledge.  
I am one of at least 3 reasons corporations in our alliance can pay resources collectors more than Jita sell order for HS ores.

Just to be clear, you think you are able to show me that an orca can be manufactured for less than 200 mil?
