Since you’re price checking:

To someone buying characters for a skill farm and skill extracting: 32.5 bil and under
To someone skill extracting and paying full price for the character: 36.5 bil and under
To someone that wants a Phoenix pilot: 40 bil and over

To me? 30 bil
