link is down but at 400m sp depending on whether any big chunk is in indy. if its almost pure pvp.

the issue for u is who has the isk and wants a new toon, so will take time. sooner u put it upf ro sale the sooner you will know. starting bif 300b. buyout 450b. if u get close to 400b i would take it.

I  
since there is very little unnecessary sp  
I would start at 400 B

I wouldn’t sell it for less than 600-650 B

Here I think you can safely deviate from 1mil\1sp
