# Problem logging on to forum

Whenever I try to log-in the forums, using URL “[https://forums.eveonline.com/](https://forums.eveonline.com/)”, I first get a response :-

```
                            Cannot load app
It looks like you are offline! Please check your network connection and try again.

```

I immediately resubmit the same URL by simply pressing ‘Enter’, and log-on successfully.  
This is on a PC running Linux Mint 17.3 and Firefox 56.0.
