> [@Lucas\_Kell](#): > > Again though, what you’re reminding us is that an unrelated statement was made by a GM. Objectively incorrect. I am quoting a CCP employee, twice. How you fail to be objective, is for your reflection: > [@Lucas\_Kell](#): > > Ask him though. @CCP_Rattati, in the following slide, when you labelled some highsec PvP as griefing, were you only talking about behaviour that is currently against the EULA, or were you talking about a subset of highsec PvP that is currently allowed within the EULA? Is answered by the following _CCP employee_ post-fanfest: > [@GM's holding strangers accountable for toxic behavior](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/gms-holding-strangers-accountable-for-toxic-behavior/371089/27): > > To be abundantly clear: there has been no policy change for ganking > [@GM's holding strangers accountable for toxic behavior](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/gms-holding-strangers-accountable-for-toxic-behavior/371089/27): > > Asymmetric PvP, as well as ganking, is still allowed in EVE. I look forward to debunking your further squirming out of this one.
