# QOL Add button to Probe Scanner to center probes at edge of dscan cone

Hello. I’d like to start this post under the premise of combat probing by using dscan. This method allows for pinpointing a target to drop probes on top of without the probes being present on dscan until scanning is started.

One of the biggest issues with combat probing is the time it takes fumbling probes around in the solar system map. To improve the ability to quickly scan a target that is constantly hoping safes I believe a button to center probes at the edge of the dscan cone for degree angles of 30 degrees or less would vastly improve the QOL of combat probing with dscan.
