Flashrain is a very imaginative player. She has proposed [Pokémon Evolution for Ships](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/self-evolving-ships-unique-ships/244177/), [Wild Magic for Weapons](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/additional-utility-for-vorton-weapons/251757), [XXL Structures](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/fortress-supreme-upwell-structure/252676/), [Weapons-That-Get-Weaker-Over-Time](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/vorton-weapon-buff-static-shock-into-lightning-strike/253066/), [Ships With Super-Duper Special Abilities!!1!](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/qol-improvement-ship-ability-modules-built-in-ship-abilities-with-no-fitting-requirements/242779), [Autopilot Warp-to-Zero as a QoL change](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/quality-of-life-autopilot-warp-to-0/248431/), [supported Missileboat Attack Battlecruisers](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/torpedo-missile-attack-battlecruiser/252915/22)… I can link several other items. I am dying to hear what good reasons exist to justify this “”“QoL”"" change. (FYI: QoL changes are supposed to be straightforward and uncontroversial - contrast with WTZ proposal.)

Flashrain: What need does this fill? And/Or how does this enhance the game (doesn’t seem to) - without also ■■■■■■■ it up?
