Thanks for digging this up. Conclusion: the effort is for nothing, only one more useless system is created. Useless because it has less benefits of a highsec system with the risk level of lowsec. The only reason to bash another would be if there is some strategic meaning like with Niarja. CCP did you ever plan to have those systems to be useful on its own? ---
