Mobile Cyno Inhibitors already exist. As well as system wide Jamming technology. Is Concord wasting taxpayer money researching something that already exists and is in common usage?

… doesn’t removing station and gate guns just make LS NS without bubbles… also restricting people based on sec status sounds like about the dumbest idea posted in the last few days.
