Hi im fairly new here and with the 13 Days of Eve items get sent to the redeeming queue but where is that please? ---

It should appear in the moment you choose your clon ---

You can access the redeem queue in two ways. 1 - At the bottom of the character select screen will be a banner saying “redeem items” which you can click on to enlarge. You can drag items from it to the characters you want to redeem them with from here. 2 - When logged in go to E -\> Inventory -\> Redeem items (E is the button on the very top left of the neocom). ---
