They said they didn’t have the time _before the February 13th patch_. C’mon, man, you know they need to have everything done and buttoned-up by the 6th or so. I’d rather they do the job right, and not half-ass it to try to balance them all out in 10 days. ---

They had at least 8 months to come up with HAC balance suggestions and idea, heck they just need to look at the forums to find inspiration. There is no excuse whatsoever for them not to have HAC rebalance in this February release, ---

Well thats what you get when you have over generous fittings on some ships and extremely punitive fittings on others. What about the long long long overdue rebalance of small modules that STARTED in 2014? They even said last year (at Vegas?) that they would do a comprehensive sweep of every remaining subcap module in the game that hasn’t yet received a rebalance. Are 3 guys really enough to tackle thousands of items and the billions of permutations they can generate? ---

Yeah here’s a rebalance they can introduce - reducing PG so that HACs can’t be cap stable with large batteries. ---

If removing cap stability is enough to make them unviable then they have a host of other problems that need fixing. Like their inability to catch the kiting ships. I fly a cynabal that’s faster than a typical dramiel. ---

Even if you do not like the AF changes and addition of ADC, you would not have either of those to complain about if they did not do them.
