As far as eve-u told me Pochven is 0.0: Triglavian systems are similar to wormholes with additional NPC stations and stargates. ---

It’s possible to balance them - unless you used to be a trig hunter like me and have -4 standing with them, lol, in which case you simply dodge them. How to balance the standings is explained in the EvE Uni wiki link. In your case I would assume that all it takes is a single trip to pochven (via filament), destroy some rogue drones, and return to hisec. Doing it that way will affect both standings positively ! If your character is not skilled into pewpew at all, you can still dodge triglavians by using your _directional scan_ - which all characters can do (it’s not “probing”). If you have to haul stuff regularly through systems that are within 3 jumps of a former k-space system that is now part of Pochven, you have advance warning too: those are the ones with possible pochven wh connections and thus triglavians. Also dscan is no solution, what do I need HS for, if I can’t even fill up a Planet with a hauler without the risk of getting ganked? ---
