# Removing Poco's in HS from a Dead corp

is there a possibility to remove poco’s from a dead corp in HS or do you have to declare war

Declare war is the only way.

If it is a dead corp it there is no risk and you’ll get your planet. If they aren’t dead, then you might get some content.

Win-win really.
