We’ve been having intermittent chat issues for four years, ever since is was outsourced. No matter how many times you claim that everything is ok, doesn’t make it so. ---

What is equally annoying is the severe disconnections I experience at least three times a day please do not say this could be a problem at my end, it is not. ---

It’s not exactly resolved, there are a lot of “ghosts” in systems… like, the same character present in 2 or 3 different systems at the same time… plus someone just lost a ship to neuts while ratting because the chat didn’t show any change in local… ---
