During the scheduled downtime, the servers experienced an issue which prevented a restart. The team has identified the issue and has taken action to remedy it.

We will update this thread and [status.eveonline.com](https://status.eveonline.com/) with details as they become available.

it looks like the chat servers might not have properly come online with tranquility, half of em only load
